Cancellation and Return Policy

Right of Cancellation 
Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right to return non-defective goods. However, éternelle offers a limited return policy under the conditions below. 

1. Return Conditions
1.1 Notification of Return 

Customers must notify éternelle within 3 days of receipt by emailing hello@eternelle.boutique. The item must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt. 

1.2 Condition for Returns 

To be eligible for a return, the bag must be: 

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return. 

2. Return Process
2.1 Authorization Required 

All returns must first be authorized by éternelle. Customers must contact hello@eternelle.boutique for return instructions.
