As a curated boutique, we remain selective in the pieces we carry — which means we only accept bags from the designers featured in our collection. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship within Switzerland via Swiss Post (registered shipping) and internationally with DHL.
Yes — we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. International deliveries may vary depending on location and customs, butgenerally take5–10 business days.
Absolutely. Once your bag has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes, returns are possible under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received, with all tags and packaging.
Email us at service@eternelle.boutique to register your return and receive a registered return label.
- Within Switzerland: Returns are free of charge.
- International returns: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
