1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all business relationships between TCT Swiss GmbH, Postfach 307, 4512 Bellach, UID No. CHE-424.487.250 (hereinafter referred to as "éternelle", "we," "us") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer," "you") for designer vintage products sold via the website www.eternelle.boutique(hereinafter referred to as the "online store"). 


1.2 Target Audience and Geographic Scope 

Deliveries are primarily made to addresses in Switzerland. If you require delivery outside of Switzerland, please contact us individually at hello@eternelle.boutique, as these GTC do not apply to international shipments.

éternelle reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Any amendments will take effect on the date of publication of the updated GTC on our website. The version of the GTC that is in force at the time of your binding order shall apply to your purchase.

2.1 Product Authenticity and Condition 

We specialize in the sale of pre-owned luxury designer bags, carefully curated for their quality, rarity, and lasting value. Each item undergoes a rigorous authentication process to ensure its authenticity. 


2.2 Pre-Owned Item Disclaimer 

Since our products are pre-owned, they may exhibit minor signs of wear, which contribute to their character and history. These variations do not affect the item’s authenticity or value but emphasize its uniqueness as a luxury piece with a second life. 


3. Pricing 

3.1 Currency and Taxes 

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include any applicable Swiss taxes. 


3.2 Price Adjustments 

Prices are determined based on market demand, condition, and rarity of each product. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 


4. Orders 

4.1 Order Confirmation 

Placing an order through our website constitutes a legally binding offer to purchase the selected item(s). Orders are only confirmed once we issue a written confirmation via email. 


4.2 Right to Refuse Orders 

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies. 


5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. éternelle accepts the following payment methods:

6. Shipping and Delivery 

6.1 Shipping Locations 

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland.

Orders are sent via insured, trackable shipping, ensuring the safe delivery of your item. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are provided during checkout. 


6.3 Delivery Delays 

Once an item has been shipped, éternelle is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or other external factors. 


7. Warranty and Liability 

7.1 Warranty Coverage 

In accordance with Article 210 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, éternelle offers a one-year warranty covering defects that existed at the time of delivery. 


7.2 Exclusions from Warranty 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear 

  • Damage caused by improper handling, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs 


8. Limitation of Liability 

8.1 Purchase Price Limitation 

éternelle’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. 


8.2 Exclusion of Indirect Damages 

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. 


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

9.1 Applicable Law 

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. 


9.2 Jurisdiction 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Solothurn, Switzerland.
