The Noé began in 1932 as a bag made to carry five bottles of champagne, and the Petit Noé is its smaller, everyday version. This 1995 piece is in Louis Vuitton's Epi leather, a textured, hard-wearing leather dyed all the way through. The bright yellow gives it an easy, sunny character, and a violet lining shows when the drawstring is open.
It carries comfortably on the shoulder and has room for a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses and a small pouch. It's a vintage statement bag with the ease of a daily one.
